Today is my weigh in day and everyone in my life has been a hugh inspiration to my daily challenges ~ to each of you a big warm, fuzzy wet kiss Thank YOU. I was unable to post yesterday because I was swamped, but I did good. I really like going to this new meeting place the leader is someone I can truly relate to and I love her talks. I wasn't able to do the treadmill yesterday or today due to time unless I wanted to get up at 4:00 am ~ NOT. But even tho the weight lose isn't a big one it is still a lose and I will keep plugging away.
Today I'm down .4 for a total of 28.2 lbs. Once I get back to 176 then I can relax, that was my lowest since I started. 13.4 more pounds to go.
Here is the recipe for the week so far all the ones I have post I have tried and they have been yummy. I am looking forward to this one because you get 1 cup per serving....now that a lot.
