(originally written May 30, 2011 at 8:53am) Well finally the weekend is over
I had a pretty bad weekend not so much on the food just wasn't feeling all me. I didn't journal and part of me feels defeated but the other part knows the road has not ended. This the cycle of a food addict we have to eat to survive and on the same hand learn how to eat. I know that journaling is really a good outlet and there are times when I go and reread what I have written it can give me strength. My friend Claire gave me a wonderful bottle of "Peach Balsamic Vinegar" now that is yummy. So I think I am going to get me some more because not only is it really yummy on salad it has "0" points - Yes I said "0" points.

Went out to lunch with my special friend Christine, we went to the olive garden. I had soup and salid w/bread sticks
3 points ~ Zuppa Toscanna Soup
6 points ~ 2 bread sticks
9 points ~ 2 small bowls of salad with dressing
It was really nice seeing her again hope to do lunch or movie soon.
Came home and now I'm munching on some trisect w/artichoke spread. The points are really small I was very surprised. and now I am done for the day. Tomorrow I think I'll get up extra early and try to walk even further on the treadmill. I want to try and keep increasing the amount of miles I walk maybe fore the end of June I can be walking at least 5 miles a day. Then off to do a marathon.........NOT. haha see haven't lost the funny bone.
Sure miss my tenie bean. We haven't spend that much time together in years and actually enjoyed each other ~ we must be getting old. She did some fantastic stuff for the diet and came up with some great ideas. She could be a wonderful nutrition coach.
