Just got back from a WW meeting and the results are.....well first let me give you a receipe for this week:

Sooo I got up this morning after a very long night working didn't get home till after 10:00 pm.  So walking on the treadmill was out if I wanted to get to the morning meeting on time.  Flew down the hill to the WW meeting here by my work, wasn't that nice of them to start one right by my work, I thought so, makes it easy for me to just jot over and get some needed fat support.  While I was there I saw that they had some really neat new products out so I bought some oatmeal and more smoothie packets. 
I was so worried about what the scale would say, I did weigh this morning and I felt I was going to have a smaller number but hey you know between home and WW I could have swallowed a bug and WHAM up 10 more pounds.  The ladies were very nice and think I am crazy for posting my weight story on my facebook. 
I remembered to take off my shoes cause we all know they weigh at least 50lbs each, I would have asked to take off my jeans but hey there were other people there and so I didn't, but we all know jeans can weigh more that 100lbs per leg.  I did tons of small talk to delay the actual stepping on the scale but in the end I took the leap and well...........
I lost ~ are you ready?
Really?
Right now?
4.8 lbs (loud clapping, whooping, confetti, a check for.....ooops wrong show) 
So my weight for today is at 189.8. (whew) now your turn~

Now we can start a new week with new zest:
6 points ~ WW Mable brown sugar oatmeal (yummy)
3 points ~ 6 oz of Chobani blueberry yogurt
11 points ~ 1 footlong veggie sandwich w/swiss cheese toasted
3 points ~ 1 oz baked lays original
0 points ~ large Ice tea
6 points left for the day.....ahhhh decisions, decisions
9 points ~ 2 black bean tacos
yes i went over 3 points but I will add then to my weekly points I try not to use them.   Now i just have to remember not to eat any of the ice cream Rick plans on eating later.....
