Drug myself at of bed, since I got home so late last night I was whooped. Did the usuall and now I'm at work. I do feel alot better not so bloated. Maybe I can inspire more people to get healthy with me.....any more takers. Hows it going Phyllis? Haven't heard from you lately ~ don't think I have forgotten about you. Martina and Devon are still on the wagon and doing very well I must say. We only have a few more days left this week before the weight in let's see how everyone did. So to start my day off here we go:
2.5 points ~ 1/2 cup of rice mixed with...
3 points ~ Creamy Scrambled egges (look for the receipe from Saturday)
3 points ~ 6 oz strawberry yogurt
and were off and running......come on people get in on ther race~!!!!!!!!!
So I forgot that I get points for working out....good deal
13 points ~ Tuna Salad sandwich from Panera no mayo
11 points ~ Asian Sesame Chicken salid with no chicken
0 points ~ large Ice Tea with lemon
0 points ~ 2 small apples
That's over by 3.5 points but I get 2 points for my 1 mile walk which leaves me 1.5 towards my extra weekly allowance (which I try not to use)
I really like recording my daily stuff, in the end when I'm all done I'll have a memory of what I went through to lose all the weight. It's important to recognize every milestone. I have also learned by writing down everything I eat it truly makes me think about what I am actually eating and do I really want to eat that item. I spend lots of time going thru my online WW website trying different foods and receipes so that I can get the most out what I eat in a day. My favorite thing is to look up all the zero point foods on the site.....I could actually have a zero point day ~ but hey what fun would that be.
