Got up 5ish and fed the dogs because lord knows if they don't get fed right away they will waste away to nothing and blow away in the wind. Then got on my new (to me) treadmill and started walking. Walked an entire mile on a slope didn't want to change it so that I had more of a challenge. Took me 25 minutes and was feeling the rubber legs by the time I was done. But I feel great got the blood pumping and the brain in gear. So to all of you who hate mondays......Get up it's a great new day.

so to end my day I still have 10 points I need to use. My wonderful daughter Martina made a yummy salid for me. It has mixed greens, pea pods, shredded carrots, avacado, celery, cherry tomatos, and cranberry, pecans and walnuts in it......yummy. Put some light honey mustard dressing on it and I will call it a night.
