Got up early again, fed the dogs again, walked again, got ready for work again, made my lunch again, ran out of the house late again, fought the traffice again, ate my breadfast while drving to work again.....do we see a pattern here?

3.5 points ~ 1 1/4 cup 1% milk
Just want some cereal guess it takes alot of points - oh well it was yummy.

5 points ~ 1 cup of white rice
3 points ~ Chobani Greek yogurt w/peaches 6oz
0 points ~ 1 apple
Guess I only have 2.5 points left today - will have to go easy for the rest of the day. Having a moment of depression today, to much going on in everybody else lives, time to get away with Rick and laugh a little more. Feeling like I do more than I should and not enough of what I shouldn't ~ go figure. Is there a deserted island for sale???? oh I don't have the money, well darn.
