(originally written May 21, 2011 at 11:00am) I'm up and at um....

 Spent most of the morning cleaning - not that I like cleaning I just like things clean.  If I had the money I would have someone come and do it for me.  At least it gave me things to do and not sit around thinking about what I could eat.  I had a late breakfast.  I cooked a receipe out of my weekly guide that they give you when you go in to weigh.  It has tons of cool stuff in it to help you.  I want you to know that I know that this program works as long as you really work it.
Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Scallions and Tomatoes:
4 large eggs
4 large egg whites
1/3 cup sliced scallions
1/2 tsp table salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 oz light cream cheese
mix all together and cook till done. serves 4 each 3/4 cup per serving.  3 points per serving.
I had two servings since I'm doing the brunch thing.  It was really good and my tummy feels better.
6 points - Creamy Scrambled Eggs
3 points - English muffin (with no butter)

So off I went to do some shopping and guess what I found????? Yep a treadmil, for only $40.00 and it is in really nice shape.  Now each morning I will be walking on that thing.  Rick and I took Kippy down to the lake to play in the water so we took a long walk at the park, which was good for me as well.
For dinner I made a hugh salid since I still had 20 points left so I used all of it for that.  2 hugh bowls of salid and 1 grapefruit and I'm stuffed. Except for 4 manderins.   Done for the night.
